You can import the plug-in by clicking on the "Wrench" icon on your Touch Portal desktop application and select "Import plug-in...".
When you have imported it you need to fully restart Touch Portal for the plugin to start functioning. You can do this by right clicking on the Touch Portal icon in the system tray of windows or on the top bar on your MacOs and choose "Exit". More info: Importing an plug-in
